You could try executing the SolarWinds.APM.RealTimeProcessPoller.exe command from the command line and viewing the output there, specifying the NodeID of the server in question. The Node ID can be seen in your browsers URL when viewing the Node Details of the host.It's the number following the "N:" parameter shown below.
