I badly need to access the maillog logfile on alert central, in order to sort out some mail issues, but have not found much luck searching for an answer.
To give more detail, we use Alert Central with Exchange Online, and it worked fine, until suddenly it didn't, and we never got a warning about it. We believe Microsoft did something that caused the emails to fail, as we're seeing that a number of other users are having similar issues with other services that use email. However, if we are going to hold MS accountable for this, we really need some ammunition, in the form of being able to check the mail logs for errors.
I haven't had much luck trying it out and searching, so are there any ways to get this data?
