Thanks for the tutorial. It worked great, but I had to add the step of creating a new Advanced SQL report to paste the resultant query into. I don't know if that's a missed step or if it has to do with my version of NPM.
Also, since I had to add an extra field (IP_Address), I discovered that any columns you SELECT have to be in the GROUP BY statement as well.
