I don't think this is an issue with the connection. I guess that particular IP is not part of Orion.Nodes. Try the below provided script and see if Ip "10.43.2.82" is part of the list.
Get-SwisData $swis "SELECT IPAddress FROM Orion.Nodes"
If this does not work, Please provide full information about the error. The error message displayed is triggered by the script and not by swis.
You can also use SWQL studio to validate the queries and data.
