All that are side effects if you enable layer 3 topololgy on Routers that has full BGP tabels.
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportQueue - full op the C: with crash logs.
Solarwinds pretty please with sugar on the top do something about it.
The CPU on the main poller went down from 50% to around 5%!!
